החזרת מוצר - ניתן להחזיר פריט עד שבוע מיום קבלתו דרך האזור האישי, להתחלת תהליך החלפה או החזרה  לחצי כאן.

אין החזר כספי על מוצר בסייל או שימוש בקוד הנחה, תתאפשר החלפה או קבלת זיכוי לקניה הבאה.

ניתן להחזיר מוצר שנרכש במחיר מלא בלבד כל עוד לא נעשה בו שימוש ויימצא עליו תוויות כחוק, באריזתו המקורית עם מדבקת היגיינה מודבקת, וכמו כן לא חלפו 7 יום מקבלת המוצר.

You have up to one week to return items and two weeks to exchange products, starting the day you receive your items.

Exchanges and returns at full price do not include items sold at sale prices.

Delivery -  In Israel, up to 7 business days, excluding remote locations. Free delivery in Israel is available for orders over 400 NIS; otherwise, a flat delivery cost of 20 NIS applies.

For international deliveries, please refer to the terms defined at checkout.

During peak season and significant sale events, please expect delays in shipping and handling times.

Exchanges - You can exchange your items up to 14 days from receipt

Exchanges are accepted only if the returned item is new, unused, and still has its original tags and hygiene stickers. A second exchange is available up to 14 days from receipt of the original item.

Returns - You can return your items up to a week from receipt. To initiate a Return / Exchange, click to start at your account page.

There are no refunds for items purchased at Sale price or with discount codes. You will be able to exchange or receive a credit for a future purchase. Refunds are avaialble for fully priced items that are unused, include all tags, and are in the original packaging with a hygiene sticker attached, as long as a week hasn’t passed since their delivery to you.
