Delivery - In Israel, up to 7 business days, excluding remote locations. Free delivery in Israel is available for orders over 400 NIS; otherwise, a flat delivery cost of 20 NIS applies.

Exchanges - You can exchange your items up to 14 days from receipt
Exchanges are accepted only if the returned item is new, unused, and still has its original tags and hygiene stickers. A second exchange is available up to 14 days from receipt of the original item.

There are no refunds for items purchased at Sale price or with discount codes. You will be able to exchange or receive a credit for a future purchase.
