:החלפת מוצר

החלפת המוצר תינתן אך ורק אם הפריט חדש לחלוטין יימצא עליו תווית ומדבקת הגיינה

תינתן החלפה 14 יום מיום קבלת המוצר- מחייב ליידע אותנו במייל בלבד על רצון ההחלפה עם קבלת המשלוח

:קיימות מספר אפשרויות להחלפה

 החלפה בחנות שלנו, יש להתעדכן בשעות הפעילות דרך האתר.

החלפה באמצעות שליח עד הבית: עלות המשלוח 50 ש"ח
השליח יביא אלייך את המוצר שאת מעוניינת בו וייקח ממך באותו המעמד את הפריט שנמצא אצלך

לאחר ביצוע ההחלפה לא תינתן החלפה נוספת 

:החזרת מוצר

אין החזר כספי על מוצר בסייל או שימוש בקוד הנחה, תתאפשר החלפה או קבלת זיכוי לקניה הבאה

ניתן להחזיר מוצר שנרכש במחיר מלא בלבד כל עוד לא נעשה בו שימוש ויימצא עליו תווית ומדבקת הגיינה

מחייב ליידע אותנו במייל 24 שעות מקבלת המוצר, אחרת לא נאפשר זאת

איסוף המוצר באמצעות שליח עד הבית בתוספת תשלום של 30₪ 

החזרה בחנות שבוע מיום קבלת המוצר

לא תתאפשר החזרה באמצעות דואר ישראל
 

ניתן לקבל זיכוי מלא למימוש באתר / חנות

או

החזר כספי בעמלה של 5% דמי ביטול עסקה והפחתת דמי משלוח 30 ₪. – מחייב ליידע אותנו ולקבל אישור על כך במייל או טלפונית.

 

 לא תינתן אפשרות להחזר כספי על מוצרים בקטגוריית הסייל או שימוש בקוד קופון הנחה

 

אין החזר כספי על כל מוצר הלבשה תחתונה שנרכש בחנות

 

מימוש קוד קופון

.במידה ולקוחה תרצה החלפה- ההנחה תשמר רק בהחלפת מידה ולא דגם

במידה ותרצה להחליף דגם- ייתכן זיכוי עבור הסכום ששולם

EXCHANGE/ RETURNS POLICY

 

If you would like to exchange or return the item please email us: sales@biliblond.com

Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since you got your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

If the product has not been used in any way and it is in its original packing it can be exchange only after 14 days since you got it.

We do not refund sale products, we only exchange!

If product was used we cannot exchange it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you bought it in. It must also be in the original packaging, with its hygiene sticker and the HT!

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or any sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Any item not in its original condition; is either damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery - will not be refunded or replaced. If you used it and it is damaged due to your use of it, we have no warranty for it.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the confirmation or rejection of your refund.

If you refund is confirmed, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or other original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank statement.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially confirmed. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is being issued. If you’ve done all this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@biliblond.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only full-priced items may be refunded or exchanged! unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@biliblond.com and send your item to: Biliblond, Kaf Gimel Yordei Hasira 1, Tlv Port , Tel Aviv 6350801 IL

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift buyer had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift buyer and they will know about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund+5% from the payment on the item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, or buying a shipping insurance. We cannot

guarantee we will receive your returned item.

We do not bear any customs or tax costs, you must explicitly state that the shipment is a refund.
